Each school is responsible to have TWO extra adults present at each Cross Country meet besides the Cross Country coaches. These extra adults will help with timers, boards, and monitoring students throughout the course route.
Athletes must run 2 out of 3 events to be eligible for a top ten award and the League Meet.
