Homework
Homework is assigned on a regular basis. Homework activities are designed to promote the development of skills and provide students with the opportunity to grow academically. Students who are absent are responsible for completing missed assignments. Students are required to ask their teachers for make-up work when they return from the absence. For absences of more than three (3) consecutive days, please call the school to request homework. Students must complete make-up work in a timely manner. Please read individual classroom homework policy letters sent home by teachers at the beginning of the school year so that you know individual teacher expectations. *Students who are suspended should see their teachers regarding homework; however, per Ed Code, teachers are not required to assign homework to students who miss school due to suspension.
